In partnership with the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) of Germany successfully conducted the 3rd leg of the Philippine National Police - Civil Society Organization Forum on Rights-Based Policing held on November 10, 2016 at Alicia Hotel, Capt. F. Aquende Drive, Legazpi City, Albay. The forum was attended by 80 participants, as follows:

 The forum had the objectives to: 

  1. Provide opportunities to discuss problems concerning Human Rights on the following issues: Arrest, Use of Force, and Search Seizure; Person under Police Custody; and Fatal Shooting/Torture/Ill treatment.
  2. Identify administrative remedies to address the problems;
  3. Enhance understanding of Human Rights Issues and gaps; and
  4. Develop effective approaches in addressing human rights issues with the communities and CSOs.
